My Favorite Blueberry Muffins

Blueberry Muffins
(makes 24)

2 eggs slightly beaten
1 cup of milk (or more)
1/2 cup oil or melted butter
3 cups flour
1 Tbsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cup bluberries

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Beat your eggs slightly, stir in milk and oil or butter.

In a seperate bowl mix together dry ingredients.

Combine mixtures, then stir in half of the blueberries.

Fill muffin cups 2/3 full, then sprinkle the remaining blueberries over the tops.

Bake for 20  minutes or less.

Let cool for several minutes...ENJOY!
